*In our experience we have found manufacturer’s specifications on wireless transmission distances to be slightly exaggerated, stating these distances in the most optimal situations available. It is our experience that the distances for the AgWatch medium range wireless  kit is reliably 1500 feet and 3 to 4 Km for the AgWatch long range wireless kit. All wireless transmitter/receiver models rely heavily on a clear line of sight for best performance.
